I LOVE my mail lady...(Pt 2)

My mail lady came right to my door today....I didn't even have to go out in the freezing, snowing, blowing weather.....I REALLY am in love with her now!

She was a wee bit early this morning and I thought I would wait until after my coffee, but I didn't have to wait at all.

So today my Papertrey Ink parcel arrived!!! Dance, dance, dance!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you Nicole and staff at Papertrey Ink!!

Take a Bough stamp set, some 8 1/2 x 11 paper (which is the very best IMO) envelopes, acrylic topper thingys, and Piece of Cake stamp set!

Too exciting for me!

Thought I would show you what I made today. On the left are some chocolate kiss holders. I got the idea from Rochelle's blog, Impressions.

They are so freaking easy and cute for a quick craft. Rochelle made hers bigger and it could hold 6 kisses - but I made mine to just hold 5.

I used DCWV Christmas glitter pack paper because it is quite thick and sturdy.

Cut your paper 5 1/2" x 4". Score at 1 1/2", 2 1/2" and 4". Fold, glue and decorate.

I put 5 Hershey's kisses in it and done! That's it!!

I just used my nestabilities and ribbon to make a tag and stamped it with the bow and the word "joy" from Papertrey's "Take a Bough" stamp set.

Oh yes, put a glue dot on the bottom of the kisses at each end, then they won't fall out!

That hint is from Rochelle......I may have figured that out after filling them all up and then dumping them all out!!

Well, I don't even have the kisses in them yet. Marcie has them over at her house so we will pack them in tomorrow!

Rochelle's site really is great and she has some awesome things that she stamps and creates!!

On the right hand side are some post-it note holders. I found this great tutorial over at Emily Giovanni's site. She has great things too - thousands of them!! Check it out.....they are easy also......or else I wouldn't be doing them!! LOL!

Oh my goodness, I have to go to bed!! I can hear hubby in there sneezing and coughing - the perils of hunting in this weather I guess!

LUCKY ME!!
