Going Green!

Not the recycling green.......although that is a tremendously wonderful thing to do!

Today's Limited Supply Challenge is to have some sort of green on your card and as per limited supplies, only keep your embellishments limited to two! - which I may or may not have done.....

I semi followed Triple the Sketch's challenge 45 today, and used ribbon as one of the layers - so that might be construed as another embellishment. I think this sketch is probably more suited to a scrapbook page, but I borrowed it for my card today!

And look at the cute little birdie that I made! I found this supercool website with a video and a template and went to town! Of course you could embellish it properly - but not today, because after all it IS the Limited Supplies challenge!!

All paper is Stampin' UP! with the Urban Garden Designer Series and Basic Gray cardstock as the base which was run through the Cuttlebug Stylized Flower folder.

The "Die-Cut Blooms Again" paper flower was run through the Swiss Dot folder of the Cuttlebug, layered together and fixed with a MM glitter brad.

I stamped the Little Paper Shop sentiment from Beauty of Nature with Papertrey Ink Ocean Tides palette ink and popped it up with some pop up tape. (Humungeously awesome roll of tape!)

I am going to rest this afternoon.....seems like I have been go go going all week.....not sure at what mind you....lol! Hubby has gone away for supper so I think I will cuddle up on my little couch with my little puppy and have a snooze!
