I am not so great at CAS cards, but just look at this beauty - tooting my own horn but I like it!
I had some leftover homemade patterned paper from this card so I used another little panel - I'm using it sparingly haha
The Curtis Background is stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
Using various distress inks, I slid the ink over top of the embossing - I then spritzed the cardstock with water and watched the colours "join" together to form the prettiness!!
The sentiment, from Big Thanks, was created basically in the same fashion but I painted the letters with a brush. I trimmed out, popped it up onto my white scalloped card base and added some cute little gumdrops.
I'm entering this into Virginia's View Challenge - all month it is about colour - yummy!
