Crafty Thoughts!

I absolutely loved this stamp set from Crafty Secrets when I first saw Michelle Wooderson's cards!! It is sooooo vintagey!

So I mulled about it for a few weeks, but finally broke down and bought it and then, of course, since I don't have many original bones in my brains, I had to TRY and case this card of Michelle's!

Not bad, but my colouring leaves a lot to be desired. I think it would have been better water coloured, but I need to get some watercolour paper.

Anyone know where I can get some?? Stampin' UP is horrendously expensive

I see that Crafty Secrets has a blog too with a lot of card samples with their stamps AND they are on Splitcoast Stampers as a featured company!!

I used Papertrey Ink Spring Moss cardstock for the base and Basic Grey Lilykate is the designer paper.

I tied Spring Moss ribbon around the designer paper, mounted my copic coloured image on Lavender Memory Box paper and popped it up on my card!

I am definitely going golfing today!

I actually made a tee time and a friend and I are going out! Finally.....

I gave up waiting for hubby....it is farming season and he gets grumpy when mention golfing ......feeling a bit guilty but, no sense BOTH of us being grumpy!!! LOL!
