You're the Cream in my Coffee!

I think that is the cutest saying ever!  I had to put it to the test on my coffee card when I was using my new Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers  from Crafter's Companion.

These markers are the easiest to use - just a beautiful flow on your paper and the prettiest colours!

I coloured up this little girl with my Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers in no time at all and die cut the image.

I coloured the coffee cup, diecut and popped up both of the images onto the patterned paper background.

Take a look at the Crafter's Companion website and see all the pretty goodies!!

Winter Coffee Lover's Blog Hop!!

Good day and it's Friday!!  Welcome to the 2016 Winter Coffee Lover's Blog Hop!!  If you want to know more about this fun hop and how you can participate, click on the link and read all about it.  It is a fun way to craft it up with other coffee/tea/hot chocolate lovers.....wahoo!!

We are in Florida for the winter but I did bring a few stamps with me along with my copic markers and some paints - so I can get my craft on - so to speak - when I'm not on the golf course or BASKING in the sunshine (sorry snowy weather people)

I brought my Reverse Confetti "Coffee and You" stamp set purposely for the Winter Coffee Lovers  Blog Hop.  I knew it would be a perfect set.

I staged my sweet elephant out in the snow with his little mice friends and some extra coffee.  I tucked the little coffee cups into the snow bank - made by die-cutting the round edge from Reverse Confetti Edgers Confetti Cuts - and topped one of the cups with a cute mouse.

I added the Reverse Confetti Snowflake Trio Confetti Cuts along the "sky" and added sequins for sparkle.  The sentiment is also from the Coffee and You stamp set.

Simons Says Stamp's Wednesday Challenge is all about Ice this week - so I am entering my creation into their challenge as well!

Just quickly popping in with my final coffee/tea card for the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop using What the Doodle: Tea Time and a host of other heart dies from Papertrey Ink.

This card did NOT come together as well on paper as in my mind, but I thought I would post it anyway....why not?!

This is the last day to enter your creation - so get to it!!

Giving Thanks....for Coffee?!

Today, I have another card for the Fall Coffee Lovers Bloghop!  I had some of those delicious mum's left over from this post yesterday, so I used them on today's creation. I love when that happens - it makes for a quick card!

Using a dark wood patterned paper as my background, I adhered the mum's along with the stamped and diecut coffeepot from Papertrey Ink's Cup of Cheer.

Using my MISTI, I was able to use three shades of ink for the coffee pot - Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise and then swiping Canyon Clay on a diagonal for a fun shading effect!

The sentiment, from the Giving Thanks  mini stamp set, was stamped on a stitched diecut from MFT's Die-namics Blueprints 20.

You have until September 30th to add your coffee loving (or tea) creation to the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - get your stamps out and have some fun!

Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

YAY!! It's time for the Fall Coffee Lovers Blogshop - a week long celebration of coffee lovers -- woohoo (or tea for that matter)!

There are so many sponsors and prizes to be won that it would be kind of crazy not to join in - just create an autumn kind of coffee card - and link up to the link on the Coffee Lovers Blogshop page!

I have a funky little card made with Reverse Confetti products - I used the new Blooms 'N Buds (the leaves), Leaves Cover Panel Confetti Cuts,  Just Brew It,  For the Love of Latte (sentiment), and Donut You Know stamp set and Confetti Cuts - because you know -  Coffee and Donuts? Yes, Please.

The Leaves Cover Panel was cut twice and then after trimming a bit off the edge of the white panel, I offset the Canyon Clay layer so that both would show - totally cool!

I stamped the sentiment on a frame diecut from Lacy Scallop Frame Confetti Cuts and popped it up onto the Leaves Cover Panel.

After stamping and assembling the donut, leaves and trendy mug - I popped them up too for added dimension!

See if you can put together something for the hop - you'll be happy you did!!

Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

Good Morning and it's a Coffee Morning - yay!  It's time for the Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop  and I just love it!!

There are so many fabulous sponsors that you just have to enter your creation for a chance at these lovely prizes!

……and there is coffee - I mean come on…..

I used several Reverse Confetti stamp sets for my creation - choosing to create my own background paper with stamps and ink, and then die cutting for my coffee cups.

I inked up Rose Garden first in several different colours and stamped the large and small roses in lines.  I filled in the empty spaces with other various parts of that stamp set, along with the smaller butterflies from Butterfly Dreams.

I didn't worry about overlapping the stamps since I was die-cutting anyway.

Using Caffeinated Cups, I stamped and die cut the coffee cups from my patterned paper and adhered them to a water coloured background.

The sentiment from A Friend Like You, was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink - sort of a testimonial…haha.

I finished it up with a few Pretty Pink Posh sequins and Papertrey Ink twine.

The Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop is going on until March 22 - so you have lots of time to create, create, CREATE!!

…..and really….Who doesn't like coffee?! - well never mind - I have a couple of friends who don't drink the loving potion and who am I too judge?!

I just had to ink up my new Papertrey Ink set - Cup of Cheer - I mean what is NOT to love?!

I stamped the Coffee Pot with OceanTides ink and the coffee cups with Classic Kraft.  I added the cute little poinsettias with Kraft and Pure Poppy and popped them up onto the mug and carafe.

My patterned paper is also from Papertrey Ink - last years choice pulled out of hiding for this year - it is pretty classic.

Thank you for popping around to see my creation today -lots of things to love on the hop so check it out!

Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  If you love anything "Coffee" or for that matter "Tea"  or "Hot Chocolate" - then you are welcome to join in and show us your summer lovin'  Coffee Lovers creation!

I use my Simon Says Stamps "What's Brewing?"  mug, sentiment and steam for my card today - I stamped, copic coloured and fussy cut the mug.

The colorful "tablecloth" and flags (Stitched Flags Trio Confetti Cuts)  are from my stashed patterned paper and I love it - I searched for the cover of the paper pack, but you know how that goes---no cover anywhere.

Take a look over at this fun hop and join in - won't you?!

Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

Woohoo! It's time again for another Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - celebrating Spring!! - because it is coming you know - believe it or not…..and why don't you make a card yourself?-  there are some fabulous prizes!  Celebrate all things coffee - or tea or course!!

I chose to use some beautiful Papertrey Ink products - new and not-so-new :)  I die cut and stamped the coffee cup image from Scent-imentals in Aquamist dye ink along with Classic Kraft.

I popped the image up onto one of the new Watercolor Wonder papers and then stamped the sentiment (from Bitty Bouquets)  I adhered that to an Aquamist background.

And what a perfect sentiment - Coffee - what's not to love?!
