Today I am previewing the new set, available today, Holiday Labels No. 14!
I paired it with my new paper from Sassafras Lass called Indie Girl! The designer paper has a beautiful little border along the bottom of it, so I made sure that I used that for the edge of my card.
I also used Ripe Avocado ink to stamp one of the text stamps from Text It, right onto the designer paper - love this look!
I stamped the label in Colorbox Blue Iris chalk ink and then cut it out with my Labels Fourteen die from Spellbinders.
The sentiment is from Words of Wisdom, an already released and highly loved stamp set!
I inked up the edges with Antique Linen and Vintage Photo distress inks and then did the same with the designer paper.
I popped up the label with pop dots and then added some Fabric tape along the bottom - just a straight piece and I also pleated some for a little bit of flair! A button with twine finished it off!
For my next project, I was truly inspired by my design partner, Julia, and her cards from the first peek day!
Using Frame It, I stamped the frame, sentiment and small tree in the same colour on each of four cards.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the frame can be cut out with a Square Nestabilities die.
Using the coordinating cardstock, and the next largest die, I cut out the background and adhered the stamped image to the cardstock.
Of course, then it was simple to add it to a 4" x 4" card base and simple - a little gaggle of note cards!
Thank
