It features three different two-stepping flowers and several sentiments to go along with it....
I have featured only one of the flowers in my card today, stamped in three different colours of Versamagic chalk ink - Pixie Dust, Turquoise Gem and Pretty Petunia.
I stamped the first step, being the outline of the flower, in Brilliance black, in the position that I wanted, onto Papertrey Ink white cardstock. Then I stamped the second step, being the interior of the flowers, in the Versamagic chalk inks!
I used Versamagic Tea Leaves, for the leaves, in between each flower.
That image seemed so VERY flat that I decided to restamp that same sequence again on more Papertrey Ink white cardstock, cut each flower out and pop it up on to the first set of flowers for a bit of depth!
Then I started my layers!! I used Stamping Up basic black, Papertrey Ink Sweet Blush, Memory Box Lavender and Caribbean.
I love the Memory Box cardstock because it is strong enough to be used as a card base AND it is white on the back so you don't have to add a square of light paper inside your card! yay!
I added white faux stitching around the black panels because they were just sort of "out there" and they really needed something - so stitching is what they got!!
The lavender and silver ribbon is Offray from Walmart (back in my Walmart days.....) and the tag is cut from the Cuttlebug tag die that I bought from Scrappin' Great Deals!!
Be sure to make it over the the rest of the girl's blogs (on the side of my blog) and check out their two step dance!! LOL!!
Love it Bonnie! The panels and the stitching are the perfect touch.
