There are so many black and white "ready-to-colour" designer papers on the market lately, I thought I would like to showcase our "Chirp" stamp set in the same way!
I used all three of the birds in this set and stamped them "willy-nilly" all over my 8 1/2" x 11" white cardstock. I also used one of the flowers from "Floral Wishes" which was released last month.
Then I cut out my card with the tall nestabilities and then sat down to do a little colouring. Very little it turns out!!
I only coloured up the flowers with two different copics to provide some shading.
Then I layered the "coloured up" card onto some Martha Stewart cardstock and again on Stamping Up! Basic black, and then finally onto my card base which had been cut out with the tall scalloped nestabilities.
I added some bling on all the flowers and then a beautiful teal organdy ribbon around the top of the card!!
All so very simple!! You can see I added the sentiment "Chirp up" and a flower on the interior of the card!
Be sure to stop around to the rest of the design team's sites (on my sidebar) to check out their wonderful creations with "Chirp"!!
This is too cute!!! Love it!
