I am never going to tire of this stamp set....but you may!! haha.....
All supplies are from Papertrey Ink unless otherwise specified.......just so I don't have to keep typing Papertrey Ink, Papertrey Ink, Papertrey Ink.........KWIM?
This time I stamped the teapot from Tea for Two in Ocean Tides ink onto Vintage Cream cardstock, cut it out and then added Diamond Glaze over the entire image.
My cardbase is also Vintage Cream and I sewed some 2008 Bitty Dot Basics and Oceans Tides cardstock scraps that I had left over from another project, onto the front of the card after punching them with the Martha Stewart doily lace edger punch.
The swirl stamp is from the 2008 Anniversary set Everyday Classics and is stamped in Berry Sorbet Ink. After the teapot was dry, I popped it up onto the card over the swirls.....
I tied a little bow with Vintage Cream grosgrain ribbon and added a button with a pearl. The sentiment is from the Tea for Two stamp set and is stamped in Berry Sorbet.
What better way is there to say "Get Well Soon" than with a cup of tea!
Oh my WORD!!!! My daughter Marcie and I have got our tickets for the CHA Super Show in July so we are going to go and see all sorts of other stampers and we are so excited!! and personally, I am scared to death of flying, so I don't know how I am ever going to manage! and poor Marcie has to put up with me..........

ReplyDeleteYou'll do just fine flying,if you can't drink,take a gravol.
Lucky girlzzzz!!
I'll never get tired of this stamp set or your creations with it, Bonnie. I love all the different colors together... and the "glaze" on the teapot.
ReplyDeleteI'm so envious that you're actually going to CHA in Florida! Lucky Girl!!! You'll be fine on the airplane. Just pray before you take off and then again when you land safely. Works every time! (Of course, a glass of wine might also help.)
Hugs,
Lisa
Love the ribbon treatment on this cute little teapot card!
