Silver Linings!

What a beautiful day it was for a balloon ride - but instead I went golfing with my son which was just as rewarding and also challenging to say the least!

I made this for a couple of challenges today. One is for Crafty Caro's challenge in the Dare to Get Dirty Challenges on Splitcoaststampers this week - sooo many fabulous challenges to enter and so much fun!!  Only if you are a fan club member can you see the challenges and play - if you are not a fan club member well why not?? It's alot of fun and you get so much inspiration and a lot of benefits! Check it out here!

This is also for Moxie Fab's Fun and Cute Challenge - there are four challenges over at Moxie Fab's this week and you have until August 2 to enter!  ETA: change that to the Classy & Elegant challenge......

I thought I would get my glitter out for the clouds, since the sentiment talks about a silver lining!  

I stamped the Waltzingmouse Stamps backgrounder on the cardbase and then using the Papertrey Ink cloud dies, I cut out the clouds. Then I sponged around the negative space with Fresh Snow Ink. Using the glue pen I traced around the edge of the cloud and then sprinkled glitter on top - I love the look!

I stamped the balloons from the Up, Up and Away stamp set onto the die cut balloons and ended shading in one of them. The other two are solid images which are great too!

Thanks for coming around - off to clean my clubs after getting my clock cleaned lol!!
