Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge #25

(silly blogger didn't post on time.....)

Good day and welcome to another Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge! This time we have reached Challenge #25 - how fast the time flies doesn't it?!

Speaking of flying (groan), I decided to get out my Half Pint Heroes and make a rocket card!

And I just discovered that I didn't add my sentiment - arghhh! I know right where it is too....on my desk with the pop dots on the back just crying for me - "you forgot me you forgot me!!" dang. it.

The sentiment says "love you" and on the inside it is stamped "to the moon and back"...dang. it. again.

Aw well, I used Basic Grey Max and Whiskers paper and silver embossed the star and moon on the dark grey designer paper.

You can hardly see it but I stamped "to the moon and back" all over the stars and the scalloped edge too!

Why don't you join us in the sketch challenge this week - you don't have to use Waltzingmouse Stamps but if you have them - then why not?!

Make your own card using the sketch and link it on the Sketch Blog by Thursday 12/2/10 at 11:59 pm EST - you could be chosen Top Mouse next week!! This week there is a prize to be won too - yay!

  3. Hi Bonnie!

Your card is just the cutest! Also without the sentiment it's perfect! But you can just stamp it extra on the inside, right? These cute little heroes are so lovely! Don't have that set yet, but it's on the wishlist, just look at that cute face in the rocket on your card! Love it! I've been playing a bit with all the wonderful gifts from you!! I can not show it on my blog yet, 'cause the card is still traveling, hi hi, but it will be there soon! Love the shape of the paper where you stamped the rocket on, makes it give you a sense of speed this way!

    Hugs, Wendy
