Hey there! I'm here with another Make it Monday creation! This week Dawn has shown us a video on dry embossing over heat embossing.
I used the cute On the Farm stamp set and set about stamping and heat embossing the rolling hills and the beautiful sunrays.
I actually used white embossing powder for the sunrays and then watercoloured over the top with watered down Mustard Seed distress paint to create the colour.
Using the Picnic Plaid impression plate, I dry embossed over top of the stamped images.
Then I die cut and stamped the horse, pig and chicken and popped them up on top of each other - cute! I also stamped the red barn on top of the rolling hills.
I cut two separate flags and stamped part of the sentiment on each flag - then I popped them up.
I cut two of the Journal Card Die #2 and layered them together and then adhered my front panel. - I am in LOVE with those dang junk bows that Melissa Phillips showed us in last week's video - soooo I made another to add to my card!
Thanks for visiting today and try out this week's Make it Monday tutorial!!
