Well, just so you know I cased this card - I could never think up this layout!! This layout came from shorty419 on Splitcoast Stampers. She has a beautiful gallery and the card I cased this from is gorgeous!! I think she may have cased it from someone else....but don't we all do it once?!!
All these layers are so crazy difficult for me to do! Don't look too closely - there are a lot of variations in the layers! LOL!!
The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink. It is called Holiday Wishes - an absolutely phenomenal set of Christmas stamps - a "must have and sooooo glad I've got it" stamp set!
The paper I stamped it on was the reverse side of the Chatterbox plaid paper I used in a previous post. Versafine Olympia Green was used and then it was embossed in clear embossing powder. I stamped on the little stars with an Art Impressions stamp and embossed them also.
The background of the card - more Chatterbox plaid - is adhered to the base which is Papertrey Ink white cardstock - fantastic paper! It has such a heavyweight, it is perfect for cards.
Then there are the layers. Layers upon layers!! I had so much trouble cutting these out evenly. Is there a trick? Please let me know.....these are not too even. --BUT that does means that you do have a "one-of-a-kind" handmade card!!
Add a bit of ribbon from Studio Ribbons and done!! On to the next card!
I LOVE STAMPING AND PASTING AND CUTTING AND PIECING AND GLUING AND EMBOSSING AND SNIPPING AND........
LUCKY ME!!
