It's a Peace Christmas....
Okay, do you notice a theme here? These last three posts were cards that used the same paper and same stamp set - I love paper so I didn't know if I could make three in a row without changing up!! and I did it!!
Big deal eh?
Well, I just can't believe how neat and tidy my stamp room is when you only use two sheets of 12 x 12 paper and some scraps.
I used one piece of 12 x 12 Chatterbox Inc. plaid paper and one piece of 12 x 12 green cardstock to make all three cards. Leftover scraps of chocolate brown, figgy pudding red and Papertrey Ink white cardstock were used after digging through my stash. I'm probably the only one with a stash of paper! LOL!!
Now this card is the same layout as the Holiday Christmas card, (click the link for a reminder of that layout) except that the Holiday Christmas card was created in the portrait style. It just shows how two cards can be so different, just turned around.
Okay, so most of you knew that. Am I a little too excited about it!!?
I used Papertrey Ink Holiday Wishes stamp set --that I love (I'm surprised you didn't know that...) Papertrey Ink white cardstock, Chatterbox Inc. paper, Studio Ribbon ribbon and then just a couple of brads. I didn't emboss this card but next time I surely would. It is a little more elegant (although I don't know how Holiday Wishes stamp set could be any more elegant!)
I like it!!
LUCKY ME!!
