A little birdie told me.....

I love that sentiment!!

and once again I went ahead and made my own designer paper!! I love to get my flower stamps out and stamp away willy-nilly!!

On this new Vintage Cream cardstock from Papertrey Ink I used my new Flower Garden Stamp set and a bit of Beautiful Blooms to create a designer paper that actually looked great with lots of different cardstock colours!

Of course, since I had the new Plum Pudding, I thought why not??!!

I used the Plum Pudding as the base for my card and layered some spring moss cardstock on top followed by my homemade paper and the new Guidelines patterned paper separated by some spring moss grosgrain ribbon.

The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink's Birds of a Feather. I stamped the bird in Spring Moss ink and then the sentiment over top. Then I cut out an oval with a nestabilities petite oval die and then I cut the oval in half lengthwise, and slid it under the ribbon - sort of like a tag!!

Through the magic of blogland, this is being posted and I am off to a golf tournament today, which is tomorrow and I typed this yesterday - GET IT??!! LOL!!

  1. Great card! Love how you created your own dp. By the way, how do you schedule a post so that it's post-dated? Thanks for sharing.
