SFYYT.....

I made this card for Jenn's sketch for you to try - SFYTT. I don't do the sketch very often, but today I decided - why not? I am going to TRY to do more challenges - I think I say that almost every day - but REALLY I am going to try harder - honestly - I am - really.

I incorporated Jenn's sketch with a thank you for our bank manager who is a golfer. We found this out after going to the bank for our annual visit. One of our withdrawals was a $4,000 that we did not remember making, so we had her investigate it and sure enough - we remembered - ouch! They just hadn't put any details in, which was strange, so she sent a whole bunch of golfing "stuff" for us - towels and tees and golf ball markers - kind of cool!! (Mind you our service fees are enough to cover the golf "stuff"! LOL!)

I paper pieced the golf bag and golf clubs - this is some of that designer paper that I have had FOR-EVER!! so I don't know the name and it didn't have a name on the back, but it had quite a bit of colours to choose from.

I chose glorious green and Blue Bayou cardstock- both from Stamping Up as complimentary colours and used them for the sketch.

I stamped the Cornish Heritage Farms Large Polka Dot Backgrounder in craft white pigment ink on the green cardstock and then sewed all three panels on to the chocolate chip background.

I used Very Vanilla cardstock for the golf ball, cut it out with my circle nestabilities and ran it through the Tiny Bubbles Cuttlebug folder to make it bumpy.

The thank you sentiment is from Papertrey Ink Wedding Day set and the glitter dots are Gina K Designs.

Thanks for coming around to see today! It is waaayyy too cold to golf today so, unbelievably, TWO more loads of mulch are coming.....I am faking sick.
