Tough Twinkling Challenge!!!

Good morning!

As you can figure out by my post title this week's Twinkling Tuesday sketch was a toughie for me!

Those criss crosses get me every time, but I just chose to have them sort of blend into the card, and I guess it worked...... haha! I am not a very good judge of my cards....

This week we have a Guest Sketch artist, aka, our "Temporary Twinkie". This week it is one of our Design Team Members daughter!! Heather's Schlatter's daughter Piper drew up a doozie woozie of a challenge!!

If you choose to play along, and how could you resist, just upload your card to your site and then provide a link on the Twinkling Tuesday site!

Okay, here we go..........

I chose to use Pink Paislee Pop Fashion papers with Kim Hughes Baby Love stamp set and a bit of clear resist thrown in!

I stamped the main image and the sentiment onto glossy paper with the clear resist pad, heat dryed it with my embossing hair dryer thing-y and then sponged over top with Stamping UP Pixie Pink ink.

I cut out the heart with my scalloped heart nestabilities and then topped it with a K & Company heart bling. A little white bow for cuteness was added to finish it off!

WHEW! What a sketch!

Off to Sarnia today to take Holly to Math class.

Hubby has gone to Kentucky to the National Farm Machinery Show (doesn't that sound exciting!! I actually begged to go, but hubby said he thought I might find it boring.....oh darn it......*cough cough*) so I guess I'll have a few days to myself..........I wonder if I will like that at all.............

Bonnie, you are to funny. And that sketch, YIKES! You did a terrific job. A reminder not to let a challenge intimidate us into retreating, but to dive in and prove that "yes I can!!!" HA HA

Ok, just kidding, it doesn't get me all that excited.

Pretty card! I'm not good with sketches let alone criss crosses...I don't follow directions very well. You seem to have had no problem though!
