We have another fabulously large backgrounder being previewed today!
Sometimes, with a large stamp, it is difficult to get a great impression...
This is how I ink up a large backgrounder -
- I inked up the stamp - without taking it off of the plastic backing
- I laid my Rustic Cream cardstock on top of the stamp and laid a piece of scrap paper over top of that,
- with my hand, smoothed the whole thing over top.
When I peeled it off of the stamp - this is the look that I got - FULL coverage and a delightful imprint!
I paired it up with a couple of Red Velvet bags from Pouch Mart - adding a white felt die-cut Poinsetta edged in gold glitter!
My card features a red poinsettia with a red sentiment trimmed with gold sticky back gems!
For my second project today, I had a shaker ornament that was laying around and decided to see what I could do with it.
I stamped up one of the sentiments from Compliments of the Season 2 with Versamark and using silver fine detail embossing powder, I embossed the sentiment.
Then I inserted it into the shaker ornament, and along with some ribbon, lace and clear sticky back gems- so pretty!
Thank you for joining me today - here are the other WMS Designers who are showcasing these sets today!
