Hey bloggers! It's time for another Color Throwdown - and darn it, my last post as a Guest Designer .
This week was a trial for me eeks!- Wanda provided a beautiful inspiration photo but I had a heck of a time - ever have that problem?
Anyway, I persevered and managed to come up with a cutie!!
I began by adhering a panel of lime polka dot patterned paper diagonally across my card base and stamping the sentiment in lime ink along the edge. I then added another couple of strips of paper.
After assembling MFT's All-Star High Tops Die-namics from the chosen colours of card stock into two different shoes - and why not, I popped them up onto the front.
I stamped and fussy cut the PLAY word from Winnie & Walter's The Big, The Bold and Fun and popped it up onto my card. A couple of sequins brought this card to an end.
And that’s all from me! Remember, you do not have to have the exact colors to play the Color Throwdown challenge…...just use the closest colours that you have.

ReplyDeleteI love what you have done with these colors Bonnie!! I never would have guessed you found it to be a challenge or trial. I love those tennis shoes. It reminds me of being a kid. My sister would wear those all the time. Great job being a guest on the CTD. :>)
