Ticket to Love

Good day! I decided to do the Splitcoaststampers Colour Challenge today since it is a combination of some of my favorite colours - pink, pink and pink!

And you are in for a treat because I even decorated the inside of my card - woo hoo! I wasn't feeling well in the night so I got up and made this card and had lots of time to finish the inside......

I hope you like it! I think I will go and rest....blech....

I Love you This Much!

Good morning! It is once again time for our Sentimental Sundays challenge! This week our challenge to you is to use Ribbon! Woohoo!

This week we are being sponsored by Fred She Said - the famous home of Emma!! and I have an Emma for your today - I Love You This Much digi!

I printed her off on Copic Xpress cardstock and then waited a couple of days for the image to dry.....sometimes on the computer you can smudge your colouring if you are using copics.....so I prefer to let the digi images dry for a few days.

When I was ready, I coloured the areas I wanted with my copic markers and then printed another image off onto designer paper - Yours Truly by Echo Park to be exact! My new LOVE! and paper pieced the image.

The sentiment was die cut with the My Favorite Things Simply Scallops Die-namics and I highlighted it with some Want 2 Scrap bling!

Then I finished it off with the challenge ingredient - Ribbon!!

Happy Holidays!

Good day and welcome to another Scrapmaster's Paradise Colour Challenge (SPCC).  Colour challenges used to be my bane but lately I think I have done a rather good job at them (listen to me ramble....)

This is this week's Colour Combo:

I chose to do another CAS card - Clean And Simple - and so I did - however.....I did some rather wonky stitching and it turned out a bit wonkier than I would have liked - d'oh......Smiley from millan.net

I used Echo Park's Times & Seasons for my patterned paper and Scrapmaster's Paradise Bold Sentiments II Holidays for my sentiment, and stamped it in Scarlett Jewel.

The mittens are a die cut using Spellbinders Mittens die......and it embosses too - very clever!!

I really need to google how to sew corners.....booo!

Helloooooo Gorgeous!

Oh yes....it's still Valentine's Day around here.......and so it was a cinch to know which stamp to use for The Cat's Pajamas Tuesday challenge this week!

Lori has tempted us with a colour challenge - you could use it for any occasion, but since I am in such a loving mood (cough, cough) Valentine's Day it IS!!

I decided to use Got Love from The Cat's Pajamas for my image, and I coloured him/her pink! At first I wanted him to be embarrassed, but then I just went for the whole she-bang!

The heart balloons are coloured with copics, and loaded up with sparkle and accents.

I used the Apron CutUps Die lengthways with a pink ribbon tied around the it and a pretty Martha Stewart doily as my base for the image.

I added some pearls to the sentiment to draw it all together! Fancy Schmancy!

Happy Hallowe'en!

Good day - these are the cute little treat abags that I am passing out this year!

We live in the rural area of Southwestern Ontario, and we only get  few little munchkins that come around - so I can really stuff the bags full of candy and treats!!

I simply decorated up some kraft lunch bags that I bought at the grocery store, with Echo Park Apothecary 6 x 6 paper pad and a Martha Stewart spider web punch. I also added the #13 (how spooky am I??!) using Papertrey Ink's number die cuts!

Hope you have a spooky and safe evening!
